(note that if the employer has a high unemployment rate, they can pay our low rate by choosing option 2)
OPTION 2
We become the “employer of record” for the client's employees
while most of the liability is transferred to our organization and the client is left to concentrate on their
business, while they remain in complete control of hiring, supervising and terminating their employees
With either option, we help employers comply with state and federal employment laws and we help them cut their administrative costs
Due To Volume Discounts And Reduced Rates That We Receive From Vendors, We Can Do All The Work And Save Employers Money
(Our Service Usually Costs The Same Or Less Than An Employer Pays Now And This Includes Our Service Fee)
Employers Pay One Service Fee Per Payroll Period And They Receive All Services And Required Compliance Materials
In addition, we offer employers a way to try us without being locked in for a long term. Our service contract
states that an employer may cancel our service at any time by giving us 60 days notice if they are unhappy with our services
